horse owners/riders/trainers-would you use this service for your horse?

I learned massage therapy years ago, for humans. I had learned of an equestrian school that offered massage study for animals. one area of specialty was for horses. i found it intriguing (i love horses) and the instructors told me that massage benefits horses legs for running, can improve healing time from sprains and such and just feels good for them. for horses who race, having them limbred up with a good massage might imporve their chances of winning and prevent them from injury.
if money was not an object, would this be a service you would use?

yes! absolutely!
my horse gets a massage every 3 weeks.. and it totally hides his 16 years. My massage therapist boards at my barn, and her horse lives across from mine. Besides the benefit to the horse, it makes my job as a rider easier, and the therapist is always willing to help with a problem (he wont bend, wont collect, extend ect.)
For my, although its always a fight to pay for my horse getting massages, its something that makes his life easier and healthier. It makes it possible for him to use more of his body so he won’t strain anything.

I LOVE my massage therapist and it is THE BEST THING i have ever done for my horse.

also: my therapist gives weekly massages to a Appaloosa who is HY PP H/H (if that’s correct?)
he started with constant attacks and was on everything possible to help him. since the therapy began he hasn’t had a single attack.

most every horse at my barn (19 horses) get massages, and our “barn of lame and failure horses” has become a well oiled machine
